The Wisconsin Wind Orchestra is committed to reaching out to individuals and communities throughout the Midwest and the world, providing high quality arts programming at a reasonable cost.

In the fall of 2005 the ensemble will travel to Pewaukee and Janesville to present full-length concerts and will present a formal recital in the wonderful auditorium at the Wisconsin Conservatory in Milwaukee. The Wisconsin Wind Orchestra has also been issued a special invitation to appear in concert at the NorthCentral Division Conference of the College Band Directors National Association, held in March of 2006 at the School of Music at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

The ensemble has traveled internationally as well, having undertaken a 10-day concert tour in 2002 to Holland. On that tour the group was featured in community arts series throughout the country and appeared on a national, live radio broadcast from the famed Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, home of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
